Dmitry Yakovlevsky is confident that the main challenge of automation is communication: "For example, chatbots and automated response systems are still unable to fully replace human operators, as they lack the flexibility and emotional intuition of humans. Incorrect interpretation of user requests can lead to inconvenience and negative reactions. The biggest problem with bots is their lack of empathy." This is also mentioned by Oleg Kivokurtsev, the founder and director of development at Promobot: "Humans are capable of making unconventional decisions in unexpected situations, adapting to the circumstances and sometimes even improving the process. The machine, on the other hand, follows a strict algorithm. For example, if there is a fire or a pallet overload on the conveyor, the robotic arm will continue working without considering the danger. Although additional settings can be made over time to improve the situation, this does not solve the problem in the moment."

Dmitry Yakovlevsky also says that multimedia technologies are replacing employees: "For example, our team is already creating projects based on HoloPort, replacing airport and bank employees with interactive holograms." This technology was used for the installation of Gazprom Drilling at the St. Petersburg International Gas Forum, which was the first time in Russia that such technology was used.

Dmitry Yakovlevsky, an expert in multimedia solutions, says that professions in the arts and entertainment industry are also at risk: "AI is already capable of generating texts and musical compositions. AI can also replace lighting directors and DJs. Even the assembly of stages and technical equipment can be outsourced to robots."
